A return visit to Cadiz.
The impressive city walls
A visit to the markets
Walking through the flower markets
The post office
Something of interest down every side street
The church of the Virgen de la Palma. In 1755 a tsunami hit the island and the rising water stopped at this church door. It was considered a miracle.
Much of the old building material was a soft limestone impregnated with shells. The only thing available. Now it is eroding badly and needing renovation.
Lunch time (2pm) we found our way to Taberna Casa Manteca...and we were not alone!
Then time for a swim at La Caleta.
