DAY 19 :FRANCE : LASCABANES to LAUZERTE - 23 kms

 A good day's walk, despite the heat and some testing climbs and slippery descents. We are feeling strong and confident without injury or ailments - hallelujah! We have just reached the halfway point to St Jean Pied de Port, which will be the end of the second stage of our walk in France.
