A Singapore Airlines flight to Delhi with an early morning arrival and collection by a World Expeditions driver....and straight to the Lalit Hotel on Connaught Place in central New Delhi.
And after a shower I took a tuk-tuk for a shopping adventure on a rainy monsoon day.

"How many saris would you like to buy to match that pashmina and silk scarf and kurta and shirt?"
No, I didn't buy it. Notice my fixed (terrified) smile!
Activity along the laneways
Street food in celebration of a festival ... puri, vegetables and halwa.
The occasional passing visitor as you are stopped in traffic.
Home again..looking forward to meeting fellow walkers as they arrive at the hotel.
