OCTOBER 2016 : CANBERRA : Spring walks

We regularly enjoy walks in our local area. After (unusual) plentiful rain during winter the bush is full of surprises.

NAMADGI NATIONAL PARK

THE NATIONAL ARBORETUM, CANBERRA

MULLIGAN'S FLAT, CANBERRA

BLACK MOUNTAIN AND THE NATIONAL BOTANIC GARDENS

We have walked in some spectacular settings overseas but it is wonderful to return to Australia and see our landscape with fresh eyes and appreciate its unique flora and fauna.
